To the planet

Water is the primary resource in the manufacture of our injectable products, so it is vital that we conserve it. Laboratoire AGUETTANT has deployed an industrial plan to save water. The goal is to improve the performance of every site. Efficacy is measured by tracking the ratio of water consumption to quantity of products made.

AGUETTANT is committed to incorporating eco-responsible practice in the manufacture of our products. From the design phase to end of life.

Several factors are considered in the eco-design process:

    • reuse, recycle, waste less
    • consume less energy to produce
    • transport more efficiently

Our partnership with Alain Carpentier's foundation

"More than 10,000 children die each year in Vietnam of heart defects. We need your help".

These were the first words that created the Foundation of the Heart Institute dedicated to children in Vietnam in 1988 under the leadership of Service of Health Ho Chi Minh City and the Foundation Alain Carpentier. Since that day, over 20,000 children have had lifesaving operations under the management of Centre Medical International Hospital in the Center of Ho Chi Minh City. These operations are funded by families of children, the operating profit of CMI outpatient clinic in D1 and generous donors.

Aguettant is very proud to join this group of generous donors and to announce a sponsorship agreement between Laboratoire Aguettant SAS and Foundation Alain Carpentier to support free surgeries of deprived children in Vietnam.

It is a challenge year on year to cope with the increasing demand of cardiac surgeries for children in need in Vietnam, so we are glad Laboratoire Aguettant SAS joins the circle of supporters of life-saving surgeries in Vietnam, says Mayte Pernas of CMI.

By joining the "e-Engaged CSR pack" collective operation developed by AFNOR, Laboratoire AGUETTANT is committed to CSR principles.

Our work enabled us to obtain e-Engaged CSR accreditation on 7 January 2019. Obtaining this first level of recognition for our CSR commitment confirms our dedication to continuous improvment in sustainable development of our activities.

This accreditation assesses the level of maturity of our CSR approach, helps us to promote our best practices and guide our areas of progress.
